SAC305 Type 3 solder powder is available in unit packs (metallized plastic bags) containing 10 kg of the product.

The powder is hermetically packaged under protective atmosphere at a suitable pressure of gas with oxygen and moisture absorbers.

The transport packaging (cardboard pallet container with chambers for unit pacs, base dimensions 120x80 cm) can contain up to 40 pcs of unit packs.

We attach documents confirming chemical composition of the alloy (spectrometric analysis), and % structure of powder particles sizes (data from Granix system report) to each batch of powder.
